LifeWorks of Sonoma County is excited to celebrate our 25th year of providing mental health support to children and families throughout Sonoma County.
Join us in celebrating by participating in our virtual event and dinner. Guests will enjoy an an evening of music, a live auction, and a delicious locally-sourced meal, prepared by Park Avenue Catering that you can pick up on May 16th, 2021 or have delivered right to your front door. Guests will then join into a virtual event from home to help us celebrate! We will also be honoring our third annual Champion for Change honoree, Carlos del Pozo. This award is given to leaders who have positively affected the lives of children, youth, families, and communities in Sonoma County. Champions have helped create pathways that provide access to mental health services, community resources and to address trauma and community needs through an inclusive, thoughtful, and creative use of resources. Thank you, Carlos, for your years of service. The community misses you deeply.
